Based on product ordered, it will ship from either one of our factory warehouses warehouse.
Please note that we are primarily shipping to medical and government facilities and hospitals. We do also ship single units of any of our products. These are all cases that typically include thousands of units per case or per pallet so please read the product titles and descriptions carefully.
Orders are typically taking 4-10 business days to receive via UPS/USPS shipment.
We do not ship on Holidays.
Pricing on site includes delivery charges. There are no additional shipping charges.

Our focus is helping as many people as possible and unfortunately, used and open disinfectant products cannot be re-sold.
For example, if you buy our hand sanitizer and decide to return it, no one will be able to use it which would be a waste of resources when your order could have been prioritized for customers who need it most.
Therefore, once the product is ordered, it is packed and shipped immediately.
If you are not sure if you want to order, please DON’T order.
All orders are filled in the order received. There are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS due to the nature of the products.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
